Where Luxury Meets Affordability
Fairfax County Workforce Dwelling Unit (WDU) affordable housing program is for low-income individuals and families, allowing below-market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program, as each resident is responsible for their monthly rent amount. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income. We offer 80% and 100% AMI. The link below brings you to the Fairfax County page that covers all the program details. Please get in touch with the office for more information to see if you qualify.
*Pricing and specials are subject to change. Select floor plans available now (labeled WDU under the floorplan tab) and lease terms may apply. Please contact a leasing associate for more details. Updated 09/17/2024
